1.1 About the App
Naidu Circle (herein referred to as Connecting One) is a community app providing information on matrimonial, business, opportunities and wellness within the Naidu community in India, along with a marketplace, third-party information and other allied services. Content is submitted by users and advertisers and is not verified by the Company.
The service is operated by Connecting One as Proprietor ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
1.2 Acceptance & Eligibility
Installing, accessing, or using the app means these Terms are accepted; if not accepted, uninstall and cease use.
1.3 Accounts & Security
Confidentiality
Keep login credentials confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. All activity under an account is the user's responsibility.
Accuracy
Provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information and promptly update any changes.
1.4 User Content & Conduct
Users are solely responsible for content posted (matrimonial alliance, marketplace opportunities and wellness details, listings, images, chats, profiles).
1.5 Community & Marketplace Disclaimers
No endorsement or guarantee: Listings, profiles, ads, and offers are created by users or third parties. The Company does not endorse or guarantee identity, accuracy, suitability, availability, or outcome. Independently verify before engaging.
Transactions are solely between users and third parties. The Company is not a party and bears no responsibility for negotiations, payments, delivery, quality, performance, or disputes.
1.7 No Professional Advice
Information on alliances or services is user-submitted and general in nature. It is not professional, matchmaking, verification, or legal advice.
1.8 Intellectual Property
The app, brand, logos, UI, content, and software are owned by the Company or its licensors. No copying, modification, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is permitted without written permission.
Users retain rights in their own content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for service operation and promotion. Users warrant they hold the necessary rights to grant this license.
1.9 Moderation & Takedown
The Company may remove or restrict content or suspend accounts for violations, risk, or legal requests. Use in-app reporting tools to flag issues.
1.10 Charges & Payments
Naidu Circle is free to use. All core features — including profile creation, browsing, and sending interests — are available at no charge until the Company decides otherwise.
If paid features are introduced in the future, users will be notified in advance. Any charges will be clearly communicated before they apply.
Purchases will be subject to applicable app store terms.
1.11 Third-Party Services
The app may link to or integrate third-party sites, communications, or tools. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.
1.12 Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, directors, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from user content, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.
1.13 Warranty Disclaimer
The app and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
1.14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Aggregate cap: The Company's aggregate liability is limited to ₹1,000 or the amount paid by the user to the Company in the three months preceding the event, whichever is higher.
1.15 User Safety
Exercise caution when sharing personal details or meeting others. Conduct independent checks and use in-app reporting for suspicious behavior.
1.16 App Stores Terms
Additional terms from Google Play and Apple App Store apply, including content and data safety requirements.
1.17 Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated by posting the revised version in the app. Continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.
1.18 Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by Indian law. Courts at Chennai have exclusive jurisdiction.
Parties will attempt good-faith negotiation before resorting to litigation.
