2.1 Who We Are
Connecting One operates the Naidu Circle app (Android and iOS) for community listings, marketplace interactions, and ad-supported features.
2.2 Data We Collect
User-provided data
Name, contact details, profile information, community details, photos, preferences, listings, messages, feedback.
Device & usage data
Device model, OS version, app version, language, IP address, push notification token, crash logs, and diagnostics.
Location data
With your permission, the app collects your precise location (GPS coordinates) for two purposes: to show nearby results when you use the “nearby” search filter, and to let you place a pin on a map when you create a business or health listing. Location permission is optional and is asked for only when you use one of these features — you can decline it, or change it later in your device settings, and the rest of the app keeps working. Coordinates you save on a listing are stored with your account and are shown to other users browsing that listing, so please place the pin somewhere you are comfortable sharing publicly. Coordinates used for a nearby search are used to run that search and are not kept as a location history.
Analytics data
The app uses PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. When you are signed in, this records the screens you visit along with your account identifier, name, and account role. Your phone number is not sent to PostHog. It does not receive your location. Analytics data is used only to improve Naidu Circle — it is never sold, and it is not used for advertising or shared with advertising networks.
Children: The service is for users 18+. Data from minors is not knowingly collected.

Consent is obtained before collecting or processing personal data, consistent with Indian laws. Consent is specific, informed, and revocable; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Where permitted by law, processing may occur for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, security incidents, or compliance.

Service providers
Hosting, customer support, SMS/email, security, and product analytics (PostHog) — all under confidentiality contracts.
Other users
Content shared per profile visibility and listing settings; direct messages are shared with recipients.
Legal & compliance
Disclosures as required by law, regulation, or to protect rights and safety.
Personal data is not sold. We do not run ads and do not share your data with advertising partners.
2.7 Your Rights
Access
Request a copy of your personal data held by us.
Correction
Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure
Erase data when no longer needed or when consent is withdrawn, subject to legal retention requirements.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent in-app or via email; processing for those purposes will cease.
Raise complaints with the Grievance Officer; responses are targeted within statutory timelines.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for stated purposes or as required by law. Inactive accounts may be archived then erased. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
2.9 Security
Technical and organizational measures are applied: encryption in transit, access controls, logging, and least-privilege access. No system is 100% secure. If required, breach notifications will be issued to authorities and affected users.
2.10 International Transfers
Personal data may be processed outside India by vendors, subject to contractual safeguards and any applicable government restrictions.
2.11 Children's Data
Naidu Circle is intended for adults (18+). Data from children is not knowingly collected. Accounts misrepresenting age may be removed.
2.12 Automated Decisions
No solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made without safeguards. Manual review is available for key moderation actions.
2.13 Changes to this Policy
Updates will be posted in-app; continued use after the effective date indicates acceptance. Material changes will be notified in-app.
